For B2B IT companies and us (who targets b2b tech companies). Each of them market into different verticals though.... so it’s all over the place from that perspective. All are B2B though with the exception of two B2C companies we work with.
My company uses SharpSpring and came from Hubspot. Yes that shit is indeed waaaaaaay fucking cheaper. Personally, I think Hubspot grew way too fast and now can no longer give the kind of service they did even 4 years ago. Plus it's like 35k+ to get started on Hubspot these days. Fuck that noise. We got up and running on sharpspring for like 2500 maybe. I want to say monthly is like maybe 6-700 a month tops. The thing that pushed us out was getting charged for a support call. We had issues with our automatic emails getting marked as spam. Turns out the issues were on Hubspot's end but we got flagged and punished. So we jumped ship as soon as that contract ended. And you know what: 6 months later and 0 fucking spam issues.
We made the switch for us and our clients from Hubspot back in May. There is definitely more work required on the front end during set up, and I know they are actively working on making that easier. We've been extremely happy with the decision and haven't looked back at all... Feel free to message if you want any specific info.
